Instructions
Blend mango, yogurt, milk with sugar in the blender.
Add cardamom powder and saffron, blend again till frothy.
Pour in serving glasses. Serve chilled.
Notes
Add sugar as per your taste and according to the sweetness of mango.
You may use any type of mangoes like Alphonso, Maaza or Dasheri.
Mango lassi can be made with tinned mango puree.
