Ingredients

yogurt/curd

cucumber, cut in small cubes or grated
1/2
teaspoon
roasted cumin powder
1/2
teaspoon
red chilly powder
1/2
teaspoon
dried/fresh mint leaves
few coriander leaves
chopped
1
green chilli
finely chopped(optional)
1/2
teaspoon
black salt
salt to taste
Instructions
Take yogurt in a bowl and whisk it with spoon.
Add all spices and salt. Mix well.
Now add grated cucumber, mint, coriander leaves and green chili, stir in and mix well to combine.
Pour in a serving bowl and enjoy with the main course.
Notes
Keep the raita refrigerated and serve chilled.
Adjust the number of spices as per your taste.
