A very simple and easy dish made with scrambled paneer, tomatoes, and onions. Paneer bhurji is so versatile that you can use it as a sandwich or wrap filling as well.
Add crumbled paneer, mix with spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer to serving bowl , add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with chapati , paratha ,bread or as a wrap filling.

Adjust the amount of chilli as per your taste.
I have used homemade paneer, you can make it with store-bought paneer as well. Soak the store-bought paneer in hot water for a few minutes. remove from it and then crumble.
You may also add bell peppers and green peas in the paneer bhurji.
