red chilli powder
salt to taste

black salt

amchoor powder

teaspoon
chaat masala

boondi

water or as required
Ice cubes
optional
Instructions
Make a paste of coriander, mint, ginger, and green chilies using 1/2 cup of water.
Into a mixing bowl add the ground paste, spices, salt, lemon juice and mix well. Add 4 cups of water and ice cubes if using.
Finally, add boondi and serve all jeera right away.

Adjust the amount of chilli and spices as per your taste.
You may also add some tamarind paste in it.
