salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds.
Let the seeds splutter. Now add whole red chilli, bay leave, cloves and black cardamom. Stir and add minced garlic, saute and add onions.
Cook until onions are soft. Now add red chili, salt and garam masala.
Stir and add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until onions are soft.
Add the cooked rice and mix well to combine everything.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
