instant coffee granules

tablespoon
sugar

tablespoon
warm water
ice cubes

Instructions
In a mixing bowl add coffee and sugar, pour water and mix with a spoon.
Now start whisking with equipment for your choice. Be patient it may take a few minutes to reach the soft peaks.
Once the cream is airy and lighter in color, you are done.
Pour milk all the way up to the top in the serving glass leaving a bit space to add the coffee cream.
Add ice cubes in the milk and top with whipped coffee cream.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Do not use the ground coffee beans, it won't work for the recipe, only instant coffee granules are recommended.
Store the leftover whipped coffee cream in refrigerator and use as required.
