red chilly powder

chaat masala

mango powder

garam masala

teaspoon
carom seeds

teaspoon
cumin seeds

green chilli
chopped

tablespoon
coriander leaves
chopped
salt to taste
water as required
oil for frying
Instructions
Sift gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients except water, potatoes, and oil.
Add water slowly to make a thick batter. Mix well to remove any lumps.
Heat oil in a wok, dip one potato slice at a time in gram flour batter and place it in hot oil. Add 10-12 slices in every batch in the oil.
Fry from both sides till golden and drain on paper towels.
Press the pakoras in between palms in a foil paper and fry again for crispier pakodas.
Repeat the same procedure for next batches.
Remove from oil on paper towel and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust spices as per your taste.
Double frying the bhajji makes them more crispy, if you want you can skip that part.
