oil for frying
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown, drain on paper towel.
Take all fruits in a mixing bowl. Add fried potatoes.
Now add all spices powder and salt. Finally, add lemon juice, stir well. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use your choice of fruits in the chaat.
Adjust spices as per your taste.
