barnyard millet flour
rock salt to taste

teaspoon
ghee
1/2
cup
water
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add barnyard millet flour, yogurt, and salt.
Mix to combine and make a fine batter adding a little water at a time just like the regular dosa.
Keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.
Heat an iron griddle over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter at a time and spread it in circular motions.
Apply some ghee on both sides and cook until brown and golden from both sides.
Remove from heat and serve hot with kuttu kadhi.
Notes
If you find it difficult to make the dosa, add a teaspoon of kuttu/buckwheat flour.
