plain yogurt
Instructions
Boil milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling lower the heat.
Add a tablespoon of yogurt at one time and stir it continuously. Keep stirring and adding yogurt until all water separates from milk.
Transfer the cheese into a strainer lined with a muslin cloth. Wash under running tap water.
Squeeze all excess water and wrap it in a clean and wet kitchen towel.
Put a heavyweight on it for an hour. Set it in the refrigerator.
Take out from freeze and cut in the desired shape. Use as required.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Wash it thoroughly under running water to remove the smell of yogurt.
Squeeze all excess water before placing it for shaping.
