apple cider vnegar

skip to make it completely vegan
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add oatmeal flour, almondmeal , baking powder and salt. Give it a nice stir and set aside.
In another bowl mash the bananas wth fork , add maple syrup and almond milk. Stir and add vanilla extract.
Once everything is combined add the apple cider vinegar in the wet ingredients.
Finally mix the flour with the banana mixture. Adjust the batter consitency by adding little bit water, if required.
Heat a skillet or pan and smear some oil on it. Pour a ladleful of pancake batter and cook it covered on low to medium heat.
Once you see bubbles on the top flip it to cook from other side.
Remove from pan and start stacking all the pancakes.
Serve warm drizzled with mangoes, caramel or any other vegan sauce.
Notes
You can make your own oatmeal flour, blitz a cup of oatmeal in blender or grinder until fine powder.
Use your imaginations for toppings like berries, caramel fruits, vegan sauces, cream etc.
