baking soda

milk

butter,
room temperature

sugar

chocolate chunks,
chopped
1/4

pecan nuts,
chopped
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degree and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and creamy.
Add in vanilla and milk. Sift flour, baking soda in the butter.
Stir in chocolate and pecan nuts (save some for topping).
Scoop out a tablespoon of cookie dough on the prepared baking tray, flatten and top with some chocolate chunks and pecan nuts.
Bake in preheated oven for about 15 to 17 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven, cool the cookies and serve with milk.
Store in an airtight container.
Notes
To make the cookies double chocolate add some cocoa powder into the cookie dough.
