maple syrup

raw cacao powder

teaspoon
vanilla extract

canola oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roast the whole hazelnuts for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool.
Once the hazelnuts are cooled, remove the skin by rubbing the nuts in between your palms.
Transfer the hazelnuts into the food processor and process for few minutes.
Add raw cacao, maple syrup, vanilla and oil and process until smooth spread forms.
Store in sterilized airtight glass jars in the refrigerator or at room temperature for a couple of days.
Notes
Adjust the amount of maple syrup as per your taste.
Add the oil as per your desired consistency.
