Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, dried red chilli, and ginger. Saute for a minute or two.
Stir in green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli, garam masala, salt and roughly mashed potatoes.
Mix until spices combine with potatoes and add yougurt along with a cup of water.
Bring it to boil and cook for a 5-6 minute or until you get desired consistency of the gravy.
Remove from heat and add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with falaari poori or paratha.
Notes
This is the falaari version of the recipe if you want you can add garlic and onions after cumin seeds.I do not add turmeric when making this for fasting but as always you can add turmeric powder too.
