Ingredients
2
cups
barnyard millet flour
1/4
cup
yougurt
1
teaspoon
cumin seeds
rock salt to taste
water as required
1
tablespoon
ghee
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add barnyard millet flour, yogurt, and cumin seeds. Stir and add 2 cups of water.
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
Once rested enough add a cup of more water and salt. Whisk to combine.
Heat an iron griddle and brush some ghee on top of it.
Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a big circle with back of the spoon.
Cook from the other side fo a minute, remove from griddle and serve warm.
Notes
Try to add a little sour yogurt to make the dosa.
