boiled rice,
I use sona masoori rice
1/2
cup
green beans
finely chopped
1
cup
cabbage,
chopped
1/2
cup
carrots
finely diced
1
teaspoon
garlic
grated
1/2
cup
onion
chopped
2
chopped green chilies
Seasonings
salt to taste
1/2
teaspoon
black peppercorn powder
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
teaspoon
vinegar
2
tablespoon
green chilly sauce
4
tablespoon
sesame oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add green beans and cook for at least 3 minutes. Add carrots and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add onions and green chillies , sauté for 1 minute. Add the seasoning.
Add boiled rice , soy sauce , chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion greens.

Adjust spices as per your taste.
I like to make fried rice using sona masori rice as they taste amazing in it.
