Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds and ginger. Sauté for a minute.
Add onion, green chillies and peas. Stir for 5 minutes.
Add all spices and salt. Mix in potatoes and raisins. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Take a bread slice and apply a heap of potato stuffing. Cover it with another slice. Apply some butter on both sides and grill or roast in a non-stick pan.
Serve hot with ketchup and tea.
Notes
Add any other vegetables along with potatoes to make the toast more delicious.
