amchur powder/dried mango powder
salt to taste

vegetable oil/clarified butter
To temper:

teaspoon
cumin seeds

teaspoon
mustard seeds
1
teaspoon
chana dal/split Bengal gram

teaspoon
urad dal/split black gram
4-5
curry leaves
chopped
Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot add the ingredients under "To temper".
Add chopped onions and garlic and green chilly. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped amaranth leaves, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, amchur powder and salt. Mix it well. Cook for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve hot with Plain Rice, Chapati or Paratha.
