Instructions
Make Shortbread
In a mixing bowl add 75 g sugar and flour and 175g of butter. Mix until crumbly and then make the dough.
Transfer the dough into a parchment paper-lined 8x8" square baking tray. Spread into an even layer.
Prick with a fork and bake in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool and set it aside.
Make Caramel Layer
In a saucepan add 100 butter and brown sugar. Mix well and let the sugar and butter melt.
Now add condensed milk and let it cook on medium-high until thickened.
Pour the caramel over the cooked shortbread layer. Let it set in the refrigerator.
Make Chocolate Layer
Melt 200g of chocolate over a double boiler. Pour this melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
Spread evenly on the caramel layer.
Let it set in the refrigerator.
Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy.

Notes
Make sure to not over bake the shortbread layer.
Let the shortbread cool completely before adding the caramel layer.
Keep the caramel layer in the refrigerator to set.
Use a knife washed with hot water to slice the shortbread.
Store them in the refrigerator.
