buttermilk

cranberries
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add 2 cups flour, baking powder, and sugar. Rub in the butter and keep mixing until it becomes like bread crumbs.
Add buttermilk, vanilla, and cranberries.
Knead the dough by adding the rest of the 1/2 cup flour.
Transfer on a board and roll onto a round shape.
Cut 8 scones and brush them with milk.
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle some granulated sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
