Pumpkin seeds

Fresh cream
Instructions
Steam cook the pumpkin in a steamer.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions. Stir and add the tomatoes and chillies.
Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Now add salt, pepper, turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chilli powder. Mix well.
Add the steam cooked pumpkin and about a cup of water.
Cook for few minutes more or until your desired thickness.
Serve the soup warm topped with coriander leaves, pumpkin seeds, red chilli flakes and cream.
Notes
Instead of steam cook, you can also roast the pumpkin in the oven.
Roast the seeds of the pumpkin too, they make a very nice crunchy topping.
Adjust the seasoning as per your taste.
