Sodhi (coconut milk curry ) is a Srilankan /Malasian curry and is famous in South India . It’s accompanied with Inji Puli (ginger and tamarind chutney ) . I tried this combo for the first time , actually I was skeptical to make it but once we tasted it that’s a success . Both were a companions of each other . The gingery flavor of Inni Puli is balanced by sweet and rich , creamy coconut curry Sodhi. This goes for BM# 30 under the theme combo dishes. So let’s start the recipe .yum
