A super-soft, delicious, and guilt-free mango semolina cake that is eggless and butterless with low sugar and is perfect for evening tea time snacking.
Mango Semolina Cake
This mango semolina cake is literally damn delicious. It tastes so amazing that I wasn’t left with a single slice after baking within 30 minutes.
Again it has been adapted from a friend who served us this cake on an evening tea gets together.I got the recipe from her and immediately tried it.
It has become our number one family favorite mango cake after Eggless Mango Loaf Cake, Mango Cake with Cream and Whole Wheat Mango Cake.
Ingredients needed to make Mango Cake
- First, Mango -Fresh or tinned mango puree
- Semolina-Fine semolina works best for the recipe, if you don’t have it you could simply grind the coarse semolina.

"This is the best eggless mango tea cake you would ever try".

How to make Mango Cake?
This is literally the easiest cake one bowl ever. Make mango puree by adding saffron and cardamom. Now in a mixing bowl add semolina, baking powder, and soda, sugar, yogurt, oil, and mango puree.
Mix everything well to combine, transfer in a greased loaf tin and bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Cool the cake completely before slicing.
