Instant Upma Mix-A ready to eat in few minutes Rava upma mix ix a must while traveling or camping out in the summer days.
A few days back I saw an instant upma mix in the Asian grocery shop and that’s when I decided to make it at home for our camping night out.
I kept all easy to prepare things for the camping night and this instant upma mix came really handy for a warm comforting breakfast after a long cold night out.
Since then I started keeping a ziplock bag of this instant upma mix in my refrigerator, and frankly, it is a real bliss even when you are not traveling or camping.
When those sudden hunger pangs bite you and you have nothing to cook or say no energy to stand and prepare a meal just add some boiling water and this upma is ready to eat.
Make this instant upma anytime you want and enjoy a warm and comforting meal. You can also try making instant idli, dosa or bhaat with this instant rava upma mix.

Hiii when to add vinegar while cooking or after it get cool
HI Sapna, How long can this stay without refrigerating. I am going on a longer trip to a cold place so was planning to make this for one of the bfast.
It can stay in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
Hi nice recipe..can we add onions too?
I would not suggest adding onions as it may get bad due to the moisture in the onions. But if you want you can try adding dehydrated onions.
Hello Sapana – Would each serving be 1/2 cup and if so, how much water would you add? 1 cup?
Thank you.
Hello – I just made the mix this evening. Do I just divide the batch into 6 equal portions? And is it 2 cups per each portion?
Thank you
