An Indo Chinese breakfast !! Spicy and tangy chilly bread to enjoy in Monday breakfast. So let’s start the recipe .yum
Recipe Source : You too can cook
Ingredients:
6 sandwich Bread
1 onion , sliced
1 capsicum , sliced
1 carrot , sliced
2 Green chillies
1 teaspoon Garlic , grated
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon basil
Method:
Cut the bread into square pieces and slightly roast them in non stick pan or grill.
Heat oil in a non stick wok or pan , add garlic . Sauté for a minute.
Add onions , stir and add carrots and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.

Now add red chilly sauce , soy sauce , red chilly powder , salt and ajinomoto , mix well.

Add in the capsicum , stir and add vinegar over the top.
Finally add bread cubes , mix gently so that the masala get mixed with bread cubes. Cook for a minute .
Add basil leaves and serve hot.

Serve-3. Cooking time -10 minutes
Note: You may add vegetables of your choice.
Use any herb like oregano , basil or thyme.
