We are in yet another edition of Blogging Marathon i.e ; BM#43 and my theme for the first week is Sizzling Smoothies. For the first day I made this delicious apple and apricots smoothie from Tarla Dalal’s . I have used fresh apricots but if you can’t find fresh ones, you may use dried apricots soaked in water for few hours also. So let’s start the recipe . Yum
Ingredients:
1 red apple , peeled and cubed
1 green apple , peeled and cubed
6 fresh apricots
2 cup milk
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup sugar
Few ice cubes
Method:
Combine all the ingredients together and blend until smooth.
Pour in 4 serving glasses and serve immediately.
Enjoy!!
Serve -4. Prep time-10 minutes
