Ingredients:
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup peas
3 medium sized potatoes , cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger , grated
3-4 green chillies , chopped
2 tomatoes , chopped
A pinch asefetida
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves /kasuri methi
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon oil
Method:
Heat oil in a pan , add Asefetida , cumin seeds and kasuri methi. Sauté and add ginger and onion . Cook till translucent.
Add potatoes , cauliflower florets and peas . Cover the lid and cook for few minutes.
Open the lid , stir and add spices and salt. Add tomatoes and green chillies from the side of pan . Cover and cook again till water from tomatoes evaporates and oil comes out from edges.
Add chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati.
Serve-4. Cooking time-25 minutes

wonderful curry….i liked the platter, which made me hungry…
This curry goes extremely awesome as side dish with anything, drooling here.
Cauliflower and peas are the best combination. Simple yet a delicious side for rice and roti.
