Peyaazkoli Aloo Bhaja
When I made the dish after clicking the pictures I tried testing it with one potato and guess what I ate all of it without any rice or roti. Next day I made it again and ask my daughter taste she also fell in love with the taste of the bhaja and we both enjoyed eating it with roti.We didn’t leave any for Mr.H as I know he is not a big fan of scallions and if I would have asked him to try he would never do so.He is like that if he like something and that particular thing I don’t like and if he would ask me to try I will try it but he is exactly the opposite I mean he won’t even touch the thing for once that he doesn’t like.

Dish-Peyaaz koli Aloo Bhaja
2 potatoes ,cut in cubes
2 bunch scallions/green onion,chopped
2 dry red chillies
salt to taste
1 teaspoon nigella seeds/kalounji
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon mustard oil
Heat oil in a pan and add nigella seeds and dried red chilii. Let the seeds splutter.
Now add potato cubes and sprinkle turmeric powder.Cook covered until potatoes are soft.
Open the lid add scallions,salt and red chilli powder.Cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Remove from heat and serve hot with roti,luchi or rice.
Serve-3 Cooking time-25 minutes
