Peyaazkoli Aloo Bhaja

Peyaazkoli Aloo Bhaja a delicious and easy stir fry made with scallions and potatoes. The recipe is so simple and effortless  that you must be wondering why I am posting a recipe that is almost like not a recipe but it tastes so amazing that I had to share it.I love aloo hare pyaz ki sabzi that we often make so when I saw this recipe for he alphabet “P” I was definitely sure to try it.This dry version of the scallion potatoes curry is way too delicious ,I don’t know why as it needs only few ingredients not so fancy spice mix or paste or anything like that but still it tasted fabulous.

When I made the dish after clicking the pictures I tried testing it with one potato and guess what I ate all of it without any rice or roti. Next day I made it again and ask my daughter taste she also fell in love with the taste of the bhaja and we both enjoyed eating it with roti.We didn’t leave any for Mr.H as I know he is not a big fan of scallions and if I would have asked him to try he would never do so.He is like that if he like something and that particular thing I don’t like and if he would ask me to try I will try it but he is exactly the opposite I mean he won’t even touch the thing for once that he doesn’t like.

Same story at my house. Husband will not taste anything that he doesn't like or doesn't look appetizing. Most of the time, specially when I cook for the blog, I don't even tell him what I made. Some of the dishes I made for this marathon, he didn't even see, let alone taste. Lovely pictures and aloo bhaja looks yummy
