Farali Fruit Chaat

I fasted for nine days last week for Navratri and I made this simple Farali Chaat for my family. It is very simple yet filling chaat. Frankly speaking, there is no special recipe for it. You have to just put all fruits together, sprinkled with a dash of few spices and bingo you are all set.
So let’s start the recipe.yum

Ingredients:
1 red apple,cubed
1 green apple,cubed
1 pear,cubed
1 orange,sliced
1 banana,sliced
1 plum,chopped
1 peach,chopped
1/4 cup green grapes
1/4 cup red grapes
1/4 cup cucumber,cubed
2 potatoes,cubed

Spices:
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
2 teaspoon cumin seeds powder,roasted
1 teaspoon amchoor powder
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon peppercorn ,crushed
Rock salt as required
2 teaspoon lemon juice

Oil for frying

Method:
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown ,drain on paper towel.
Take all fruits in a mixing bowl .Add fried potatoes and cucumber pieces.
Now add all spices powder and salt. Finally add lemon juice ,stir well.
Serve immediately .

Serve-4. Prep time-15 minutes

Notes:You may use any seasonal fruits available .
