Rabri | Sweet Rabdi

Sweet Rabri is a sweet, condensed milk based dish made by boiling the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to pale . Sugar and nuts are added to it to give it flavor. It is chilled and served as dessert. Rabri is the main ingredient in several desserts such as ras malai ,Chenna kheeri etc.

I made rabri from a cookbook and served it as a topping for shahi tukda. It is a wonderful dessert and can be served to guests and as a chilled dessert in parties as well.

Add sugar in it and mix well.Cook again for 5 minutes more.
