Sago / Sabudana Khichdi

Sago pearls khichdi , a nutty and spicy preparation , I have prepared for the second last day of Navratri fast. It is considered to be easily digestible and healthy also. Tomorrow we will open our fast after the morning prayers , will make feast of Halwa Poori Chana Prasad and will do the rituals of Kanya Puja (worship nine girls and offer them the Prasad) . I am just waiting for tomorrow …..Let’s start the recipe . Yum

Serve-3. Cooking one-15 to 20 minutes
Note: I have added some water as we like the khichdi a little mushy. But that is purely optional. Don’t add water if you want dry and beautiful textured khichdi .
