packet china grass

teaspoon
orange essence

orange rind

Instructions
Soak china grass in milk for 1 hour. Now boil this milk till china grass dissolves.
Add cocoa powder or chopped dark chocolate whichever you are using.
Mix and add butter, sugar, orange juice, orange essence, and orange rind.
Strain and pour in serving glass or molds and keep in the refrigerator for the setting.
Decorate with cocoa powder, whipped cream, and grated chocolate.
Notes
Make sure to strain the chocolate mousse before setting to remove china grass threads.
Adjust the amount of sugar as per your taste.
This mousse stays fresh for two days in the refrigerator.
