Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry cottage cheese in oil and keep in the refrigerator for some time.
In to the same oil add Kasuri methi, onion, garlic, ginger paste and sauté until it becomes golden brown. Add all spices and salt except garam masala powder and sauté for two minutes.
Add chopped chillies, tomatoes and stir, add peas and again stir, then add 4 cups of water.Cover the lid and let it boil for some time till peas are done and a gravy starts forming.
Add fried cottage cheese and cook for two minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with naan, or rice
