nigella seeds

dry flour for dusting
Instructions
Sift all-purpose flour in a bowl. Make a hole in the center and add yeast, salt, sugar, yogurt, and oil in it.
Mix and knead the firm dough using enough water.
Let the dough ferment for 3-4 hours, covered with a wet cloth.
When the dough rises, make 6 round balls from it.
Take chopped coriander, garlic, and nigella seeds in a plate, mix well.
Dust one dough ball with dry flour, place it over the garlic -coriander mixture.
Roll it over the rolling board with the help of a rolling pin. Make any desired shape.
Now place this naan with garlic facing side over a hot iron griddle.
Flip the side to cook evenly and then with the help of tongs cook it directly over the flame. or alternatively, grill it in the oven.
Keep it in a casserole, topped with butter. Serve hot with Amritsari Chole or any side dish.
