Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add turmeric and salt. Stir and add the puffed rice. Roast them on low heat for about 3-4 minutes or until crispy. Set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl add the puffed rice, besan sev, peanuts, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and green chilli .
Mix well to combine. Stir in spices and salt.
Finally add mint chutney, coriander chutney, coriander leaves, and juice of a lemon.
Toss well to combine all the ingredients.
Serve immediately, topped with some more sev and coriander leaves.

Adjust the amount of spices as per your taste.
You can also add some fruits like apples, pears and pomegranate seeds in the bhel.
To add some more flavors, you can also add chana dal namkeen, besan gathiya, mathri or namakpare in the bhel puri.
