olive oil

marinara sauce

tablespoon
parmesan cheese

teaspoon
black pepper
crushed
few basil leaves
chopped
salt to taste
Instructions
Boil water in a saucepan and add farfalle pasta along with a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
Cook it for 15 minutes or until al dente and then drain in a colander or sieve pan.
Wash it under running water and brush with a tablespoon of oil.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add
marinara sauce
along with the pasta. Toss well.
Season with salt and pepper and add basil leaves.
Serve warm, sprinkled with parmesan cheese if using.
Notes
You may use any variety of pasta in this recipe.
For some textures and flavors, you can also add vegetables like bell pepper, broccoli etc.
