salt to taste

dried mango powder / amchoor
Instructions
Heat oil in wok , add asafetida, grated ginger and cumin seeds. Stir for 1 minute.
Add pumpkin cubes, mix and cover it with lid. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Open the lid and add all spices and salt along with green chillies. Mix well
Cook for another 10 minutes until the oil separates on the edges.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Notes
Adjust spices as per your taste.
Dried mango powder can be replaced with Tamarind pulp.
