a pinch asafetida

black mustard seeds

dried red whole chillies

teaspoon
coriander powder

teaspoon
red chili powder

teaspoon
turmeric powder
salt to taste
juice of one lemon

coriander leaves
chopped

tablespoon
sunflower oil
Instructions
Heat oil In a pan and add asafetida and curry leaves.Crackle mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Break the dried red whole chilli itopieces and add.
Add onion and green chilly and sauté four 2 minutes. Add Roasted peanut and all spices. Mix well and add washed puffed rice.
Cook for few minutes while mixing properly and remove from heat.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon and garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve with tea.
