Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Stir and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 10minutes, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat and let it cool a little.
Once cooled, blend in the blender to make a fine paste.
Heat oil for tempering in a pan and add the rest of the ingredients.
Saute for a minute and pour the tempering over the chutney. Mix well. Refrigerate and use as required.
Serve with dosa, idli, upma, chilla or paratha
