heavy cream

salted butter

Instructions
In a non-stick pan add sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally until all the sugar melts.
Once all the sugar melted add in the butter cubes.
The mixture will start bubbling, keep stirring, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
As settled add the heavy cream, the mixture will be frothy.
Cook for 2 minutes more and remove from heat.
Add salt and stir again.
Keep the cool caramel in glass jars.
Stays fresh for a few weeks in a refrigerator.
When using in a recipe just make it a little warm.
