leftover rajma

onion
finely chopped

carrot
grated

courgette
grated

sunflower seeds

green chillies
chopped
few coriander leaves
chopped

teaspoon
ginger
grated

teaspoon
cumin powder

teaspoon
coriander powder

teaspoon
chaat masala
1/2
teaspoon
red chilli powder

teaspoon
lemon juice
salt to taste

teaspoon
black pepper powder

cup
bread crumbs
oil for shallow frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for kebabs except oil for shallow frying. Mix well and knead a dough-like mixture.
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.
Take around two tablespoons of rajma dough in hands and shape it into kebab or patty shape. Likewise, make all the kebabs.
Shallow fry from both sides until golden.
Remove on the paper towel and serve immediately.
Serve with
mint chutney
.
