salt to taste

clarified butter/ghee
few coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
Heat a pan and brush it with ghee.
Add onions and cook until slightly soft.
Now add tomatoes, stir and add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder salt, red chilly powder.
Add fresh cream and sauté till cream leaves ghee or until it is thickened.
Add coriander leaves.
Serve as topping for bread, paratha, or eat as a curry with naan, roti or rice.
