lemon juice
freshly squeezed
sugar or honey as required

water

tablespoon
chia seeds
ice cubes as desired
Instructions
Soak chia seeds in a cup of water and set aside for an hour.
In another bowl add lemon juice and sugar or honey whatever sweetener you are using.
Stir to combine. Add in the soaked chia seeds and remaining water.
Add ice cubes if desired.
Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
