milk

almonds
chopped

raisins

green cardamom
crushed

teaspoon
ghee
Instructions
Roast the nuts, raisins in ghee for 1-2 minutes.
In a heavy bottom pan, dry roast vermicelli on low heat for 5 minutes.
Into the same pan boil milk and add crushed cardamom and roasted vermicelli.
Let it cook for 10-12 minutes on low medium heat till vermicelli are tender. Keep stirring in between.
Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped nuts.
Serve hot or chilled.
