Instructions
In a mixing bowl add yogurt and whisk until smooth.
Add roasted cumin powder, mint leaves, green chillies and salt to taste .Mix well and set aside.
Heat oil in a saucepan and add garlic cloves. Stir and cook until golden and fragrant.
Add this garlic into the yogurt and mix well.
Keep refrigerated and serve as desired.
Notes
If you don't prefer the burnt garlic flavors you may add minced raw garlic.
