(beans, carrots, cabbage, peas, sweet corn)

scallions

salt to taste
pepper to taste

ginger
minced

teaspoon
garlic
minced

schezwan sauce

tablespoon
peanut or sesame oil
Instructions
Heat oil in a big wok or pan and add ginger and garlic. Stir for a minute. Add chopped onions and scallions white.
Saute for a minute. Add chopped vegetables and scallion greens.
Stir and cook for a minute or two. Now add salt, pepper, and schezwan sauce. Mix well to combine.
Add cooked rice and cook on high heat for few minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Season with more salt and pepper if desired.
Serve and enjoy.

Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
