In a mixer or grinder make a paste of the ingredients listed under for paste using some water.
Keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl add potato and paneer cubes, drizzle all the spices and salt over them. Now add the paste made above and finally add yogurt and lemon juice. Mix gently and let it marinate for about 2 hours.
Heat a skillet or grill pan, arrange the marinated potato and paneer on skewers.
drizzle some oil on the skillet and roast the paneer aloo tikka until slightly golden and crispy from all sides.
Remove from heat, serve arm with yogurt mint chutney.
