medium-sized sweet potato

ghee
1/4
teaspoon
cardamom powder

tablespoons
nuts/raisins of your choice
Instructions
Wash and boil sweet potatoes in pressure cooker or steamer until soft.
Let them cool, then peel and grate.
Heat ghee in a pan add the grated sweet potato. Cook on low to medium heat for a few minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water and cook until it starts thickening.
Finally add cardamom powder and chopped nuts and raisins.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
Enjoy!
Notes
I find sweet potato too sweet for me, so didn’t add sugar, if you’d like then add 3-4 tablespoons of it.
