almonds

tablespoon
clarified butter or oil to make it vegan
Instructions
Dry roast the dried nut and fruits in a pan, cool, and set aside.
Dry roast coconut and poppy seeds separately.
Pulse the dates in the food processor and set aside.
Heat clarified butter in a pan, add the dates mixture, cook for a minute, and add nuts. Mix well with a spatula .
Put this date and nut mixture on a board lined with parchment paper.
Bring it together, roll, and make a log shape.
Take desiccated coconut and poppy seeds in a plate and coat the balls in it.
Place the log in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.
Remove and cut slices. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Dry roast each dried fruit and nut separately including coconut and poppy seeds.
