green capsicum,

rice flour

gram flour

teaspoon
cumin seeds

teaspoon
garam masala
1/2
teaspoon
chilli powder

teaspoon
coriander powder

teaspoon
curry leaves,
chopped
2
green chillies,
chopped
1
teaspoon
ginger,
grated
water as required
oil for frying
salt to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for bhajji except water and oil.
Mix well and add a little water to make a batter. Heat the oil in a wok on medium-high heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy from both sides.
Drain the excess oil on paper towels. Serve the warm bhajji with chutney.
Notes
Adjust the spices as per your taste.
Do not add too much water or else the bhajji batter will become runny.
